Between November 2024 and October 2025, CJT Solutions, in partnership with Olympiacos SFP, organized a series of impactful events in Piraeus under the HIEP – Handball International Education Project, supported by the Erasmus+ Sport framework. These initiatives aimed to strengthen coach education, promote inclusive handball practices, and encourage youth participation in sports.

The first event, held on November 20, 2024, was a Local Workshop focused on training national coaches in the HIEP methodology. Participants explored the Coaches’ Manual and the digital educational platform, gaining practical insights and tools to improve training standards. With around 40 coaches, the seminar fostered knowledge transfer and collaboration within the Greek handball community.

On April 30, 2025, the “Game for All” event brought together children aged 8–16 and coaches for interactive activities at the Peace & Friendship Stadium. The program emphasized accessibility and inclusion, offering adapted handball techniques and experiential games to break barriers and promote cooperation.

Finally, on October 11, 2025, the Handball Small Festival transformed the stadium into a vibrant hub of sport and learning. Hundreds of children participated in outdoor games and tournaments, while coaches attended seminars led by experts and federation representatives. The event showcased HIEP’s core values: play, learn, participate, reinforcing the importance of making sport open and accessible to all.

The HIEP project, involving partners from Italy, Greece, Romania, and Belgium, is committed to modernizing handball coaching, promoting physical activity to combat childhood obesity, and ensuring inclusion through sport.
